Over the years, we built B2B companies and worked across the U.S., Dubai, Japan, and Istanbul, earning international awards along the way. During this journey, we were selected for the Fortune 40 Under 40 list twice. We partnered with enterprise organizations such as Amazon, Uber, Google, and Bosch. Across hundreds of sales processes and critical decision moments, we kept encountering the same truth: everyone had access to the same information, yet outcomes were dramatically different.

History tells the same story. Aristotle passed down knowledge, but we lost how he arrived at it. We have Einstein’s equations, but not the moment his intuition clicked. We can watch Steve Jobs’ presentations, but not the nights he doubted, hesitated, and took risks while building the first iPhone. What survived were the results. What disappeared was the experience behind them.
Today, AI has changed the game. Information is no longer scarce. Anyone can learn almost anything. But success is no longer defined by what you know. It is defined by the experience gap. She is a recipient of the Cartier Women’s Initiative award and has been recognized among Europe’s leading women entrepreneurs. She has led B2B sales and partnerships with enterprise organizations including Amazon, Google and Uber.

Guven began his career designing cinematic posters for Hollywood film campaigns, later moving into user experience and product design. He has since led product and experience design across multiple digital platforms, turning complex ideas into intuitive products. He has worked with the founding team for over a decade and plays a key role in product vision and execution.
